From Founder to
Motherhood

My path into wellness started with my own unanswered questions- years of gut issues, mold illness, Lyme disease, relentless anxiety and panic attacks, and a quiet knowing that something deeper was being missed.

I wasn’t satisfied with simply managing symptoms, so I started asking better questions. That curiosity eventually became an education, a career, and a decade spent deep in the world of functional wellness.

Along the way, I earned degrees and certifications in Global Public Health, Nutritional Therapy, Restorative Wellness and Master Blood Chemistry, and went on to build Crowell + Co., which eventually became Meadowell. Over the years, our team had the privilege of helping thousands of women and families better understand their bodies and navigate their own health journeys.

These days, I’m a happily washed-up founder spending most of my time raising babies, making a home, and figuring out what living well actually looks like in this season of life.

I still believe deeply in the body's capacity to heal, but I've also learned that wellness doesn't have to become your entire life. Often, it's about getting back to the basics, doing the right things in the right order, and having people and resources you trust along the way.

So that's what you'll find here: the things I'm learning, loving, using and coming back to-  from wellness and motherhood to home, food, family and everything in between.

Consider this my little corner of the internet to share the good stuff. I'm glad you're here.
